Craftsmanship grows when it’s shared. Our in-house academy teaches fabrication by doing — trainees earn while they learn on live projects. Many graduates stay on, keeping the cycle of learning and teaching alive.We’re rooted in Surat and proud of it. Our academy gives young makers a chance to earn while they learn, and we collaborate with local architects, artists and schools to explore new ideas. The pieces we build live in factories, offices, homes and public spaces throughout the region, becoming part of the landscape.
